Our beloved Dionicio R. Rodriguez was called home, on Monday, February 6, 2023. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lorenzo Rodriguez and Apolinar Romero; and by 11 siblings. Dionicio is survived by his loving wife, of 26 beautiful years, Maria Martina Hernandez; 6 children, 5 stepchildren; siblings, Jova Rodriguez, Carmelo Rodriguez and Rafael Rodriguez; as well as numerous loving family members and friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Austin Peel and Son Funeral Home, 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, Texas, 78752; Friday, February 10, visitation hours will be from 10:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, February 11th at 9:00 a.m. at St. Julia Catholic Church, 3010 Lyons Rd, Austin, TX 78702; Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
